At Abilene Christmas Lights & Decor Pros, we strive to provide a smooth and professional holiday lighting experience for every customer. Because our services involve scheduling, labor, and installation planning, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.
Scheduling & Deposits
To reserve your installation date, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. This secures your installation window during the busy holiday season.
All scheduled installations are performed based on availability and weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their scheduled installation by contacting us directly.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date may qualify for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled installation date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
Installation Service Refunds
Once an installation service has been completed, refunds are generally not provided, as labor and materials have already been allocated to the project.
However, if there is an issue with the installation or service, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem promptly.
Service Issues
If you experience any problems with your holiday lighting installation, please contact us and we will work to correct the issue.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to ensure your lighting display functions properly throughout the holiday season.
Weather & Scheduling Delays
Holiday lighting installations are dependent on weather and safe working conditions. In the event of severe weather or unexpected delays, installations may be rescheduled to the next available time.
These circumstances do not qualify for refunds but will be handled through rescheduling.
